Changing the mobile number on your account cannot be done directly from Account Settings — you'll need to contact KKF customer support for this. Since your mobile number is tied to identity verification, additional verification is required to make the change. However, if the spelling on your NID differs from what's on file, you can submit a correction request. If a match or event is cancelled, KKF's standard policy is to refund the full bet amount — the bet is treated as void. The refunded amount is credited directly to your KKF wallet.
